Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
- Timeframe: You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached.
- Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required.
Important Note:
For safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Chemical Metering Pumps (due to contamination risks)
- Cleaning Supplies (opened containers)
- Drain Cleaners and De-Icers (hazardous materials)
- Flame Resistant Work Wear (if safety tags are removed)
- Clearance items (marked as final sale)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Our Team
Email our customer service at [email protected] with your return/exchange request. Please include:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Our team will respond within 24 business hours with:
- Return authorization number (RMA)
- Shipping instructions
- Any special handling requirements
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package the item(s) with the original packaging and include:
- Copy of your order confirmation
- RMA number clearly visible

Refund Process
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
- Follow the same return process above
- In your email, specify the replacement item(s) you want
- We’ll process the exchange once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive damaged or incorrect items:
- Contact us within 3 business days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged/incorrect items
- We’ll arrange for replacement or refund at no additional cost
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency fluctuations
