  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our industrial safety products. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • All tags and labels must be attached
  • Original receipt or order confirmation required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Chemical Metering Pumps (contamination risks)
  • Opened Cleaning Supplies
  • Drain Cleaners and De-Icers (hazardous materials)
  • Flame Resistant Work Wear with removed safety tags
  • Clearance items (marked as final sale)

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Our team will respond within 24 business hours with:

  • Return authorization number (RMA)
  • Shipping instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship

Refund Process

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is at customer’s expense unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

For customers outside the United States:
